After catching the combat sports bug in high school, Patrick Stumberg joined MMAmania.com as a "Prelims" undercard analyst, a position he's enjoyed since 2011. His role later expanded to include MMA betting analysis and technical fighter breakdowns alongside live event coverage of UFC, boxing and kickboxing. Outside of his work, which also includes an ongoing eight-year stint as one of BadLeftHook.com's lead writers, Patrick served as a boxing official with the South Texas Amateur Boxing Association and received certification as an MMA judge with the Association of Boxing Commissions and Combative Sports.
